The location is convenient for exploring Paris however it is not the most attractive part, particularly being close to The Forum. The photos of the apartment building on Tripadvisor are more flattering than the reality. The apartment is quite basic and not as luxurious as portrayed however it is roomy and the photos of the inside of the apartment on the Tripadvisor site are true representations. The apartment and building are old and have character but are probably due for refurbishment. Occupants pay for apartment cleaning however the presented state of the apartment was not as experienced at all other locations on our European trip. The floors were quite dusty and while the provision of previous occupant's non-perishable kitchen purchases were beneficial, there were also other items in the kitchen that should have been discarded. Some lights did not work, the TV was old and difficult to activate, WiFi was not provided. The commitments and arrangements by the agent in relation to access on arrival and inspection on departure were good, we were met on arrival and an early morning departure arranged
Realmente UN Confortable Departamento con Detalles DE Buen gusto, con UNa MUY Buena Ubicacion EN UNO DE LOS barrios Lujosos DE Paris. El Equipamiento DE la Cocina era Completisimo , Todo con UNa Limpieza Sobresaliente. Realmente Volveria a Rentarlo. Me Quedaron Recuerdos Y Sensaciones Inolvidables. Tambien Destaco la Buena atencion DE la Oficina QUE me atendio Para la Renta( Sweetkey team)
I loved this Paris apartment. It was well located, light, and sunny - plenty of room too (relative to a big city). The appliances were all new (as of 2012). The WiFi excellent. Wednesdays and Saturdays there was a farmers market just a half block away and Sundays an art market. The local cafes were all alive and fun with a huge sports bar, Le Tournesol, nearby. I did have a few problems however: no linens or towels when I arrived, an expensive (35 euro) "late fee" required in cash for arriving after business hours (but no linens despite the fee) and an oven that did not work correctly. The phone too was not connected. The management responded slowly. Also know that it is a 5 floor walk up... Despite that I would absolutely rent again. Bon Voyage!

Miriam, I am happy to recommend your service to anyone traveling to Paris. The apartment on 63 rue de Vaugirard was fantastic--It was just as you represented. Traveling with my wife, three children, and 82 yr old mother, the apartment afforded us a lot of room to relax and speak about our day of touring Paris for less than the cost of 2 or 3 hotel rooms.Being able to make coffee in the am, enjoy breakfast while looking out at the street below was great-- as were the many restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops, that were close by. Your service was impeccable---I hope that my review does not make the apartment too popular as I hope to return next July. Thank you Mark Manuel
We spend one week there. 4 adults and 1 child (5 years old). Apartement and house was nice and clean (except of small mess from reconstruction in an other flat in this house). Morning is there little bit noisy from cleaning street outside. Street is tiny, almost walking zone without cars traffic. Perfect place fol pancake lovers (about 5 "creperies" in a few steps from house), and there are various restaurants, fastfoods, bakeries ...
